    Extracted from the .tgz file. Describes the structure of the tree.
-   `annotations.json` <br>
    Extracted from the .tgz file. Contains additional attributes of tree
    nodes. Used for finding out which nodes have 'phylogenetic support'.

# Taxonomy Data Files
